Friends, How Many Of Us Have Them?
How Many Of Us Had Them growing up? You may have had people that you went to school or lived in the same neighborhood with who naturally became close due to location. These people would eventually be called friends, sometimes in the matter of weeks before proving them to be so. This is the way a lot of us are still picking friends in our adult lives as well, which isn’t a compliment at all.
“If thou wouldest get a friend, prove him first and be not hasty to credit him.”
Ecclesiasticus (Sirach) 6:7
Who we’re associated with says a lot about our character which could help or hinder us from getting the best results out of life. We should take our time choosing who to share moments with because many people are only a friend for an opportunity.
