New Gun Laws: Wild Wild West
The wild, Wild West. With the new gun laws that have been going across the United States, there seems to be only a rise in violence, specifically murder. The Most High has already commanded us not to murder. Governments also have made laws that if one kills they will be punished. So why tempt someone to commit murder by having gun stores at ones convenience? Not only that, but allowing people to get them with no licensed certification?
Leading Up To The Raise Of Violence
As of 2020 a study has stated that the leading death amongst the so called African American from ages 2 to 44 is homicide. Each day on average, 30 Black Americans are killed by guns and more than 110 experience non-fatal injuries.
Due to the recent changes in the law the spike in gun violence has risen exponentially. It has even surpassed even high levels of violence last year. January 1 to September 15 a total of 14,516 people died from gun violence in the US and 498 mass shootings. Back in early February the percentage was up to 72% increase of gun violence. Fast forward to today other states have also passed new gun laws such or is currently in the works. States such as Georgia, Ohio, Tennessee, South Carolina, Louisiana and Wisconsin is also has a bill win the works. This not only undermines the safety of our children but it also instills a fear in people while public settings or events. Countless of times this system has shown it has no value in its citizens but we continue to be led astray under the idiocracy of our oppressors. YAHUAH leaves no room for confusion his Law is set and never changes. If we would only take heed to his commands the cycle of problems would begin too rapidly diminish. Be sure to look out for our segment on TheWavNews with more input on this critical matter.
It is a known fact that gun violence has been crippling to so called black communities. Gun violence is on the rise even more after new gun laws permitting to carry with no license and anyone can purchase a gun without a permit.
- YHUH has already commanded that we should not kill. But since men choose to kill there are statutes that will keep the peace in the community. He gives a judgment of just weights when it comes to intentional and unintentional killings. More on that in a second. He has a place of refuge for the innocent to flee too.
The Law On Murder
The Law on murder is that we shall not kill. The punishment for murder is death. Only if a man did not premeditate the murder will he avoid the judgment of death.
Examples of Premeditated and Intentional Murder
Examples of Accidental and Unintentional Murder
Joshua 20: 1-9
1 YAHUAH also spake unto Joshua, saying, 2 Speak to the children of Israel, saying, Appoint out for you cities of refuge, whereof I spake unto you by the hand of Moses: 3 that the slayer that killeth any person unawares and unwittingly may flee thither: and they shall be your refuge from the avenger of blood. 4 And when he that doth flee unto one of those cities shall stand at the entering of the gate of the city, and shall declare his cause in the ears of the elders of that city, they shall take him into the city unto them, and give him a place, that he may dwell among them. 5 And if the avenger of blood pursue after him, then they shall not deliver the slayer up into his hand; because he smote his neighbour unwittingly, and hated him not beforetime. 6 And he shall dwell in that city, until he stand before the congregation for judgment, and until the death of the high priest that shall be in those days: then shall the slayer return, and come unto his own city, and unto his own house, unto the city from whence he fled. 7 And they appointed Kedesh in Galilee in mount Naphtali, and Shechem in mount Ephraim, and Kirjath-arba, which is Hebron, in the mountain of Judah. 8 And on the other side Jordan by Jericho eastward, they assigned Bezer in the wilderness upon the plain out of the tribe of Reuben, and Ramoth in Gilead out of the tribe of Gad, and Golan in Bashan out of the tribe of Manasseh. 9 These were the cities appointed for all the children of Israel, and for the stranger that sojourneth among them, that whosoever killeth any person at unawares might flee thither, and not die by the hand of the avenger of blood, until he stood before the congregation.
It is important to know that when a murder happens, that blood defiles the land (Numbers 35: 33-34) and that blood can only be cleansed by the blood of who shed it. Why is this important to know? Because it helps to understand that if we just murder, the same judgment can come to us. This is why YAHUSHA gave us good sound advice. His advice is that anyone who is angry with there brother in their heart (mind) without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment, because whosoever hates their brother is a murderer. this is a true saying because murder does not begin with a gun, but it begins with the hate we hold in our heart. If we can kill hate in our heart then we will have rid the problem from its roots.
